MONTHLY UNEMPLOYMENT STATEMENT UPDATES

October:

BEN 118, Statement of Benefit Charges and BEN 118R, Statement of Amount Due, are scheduled to be mailed on or about October 20, 2006.

Quarterly Payroll Taxes are due to be paid by October 31, 2006.  Envelope must be postmarked by October 31, 2006 to avoid penalty and interest charges.

November:

BEN 118R, Statement of Benefit Charges:  Protests and payments are due.

December:

Employer Contribution Rate Determination should be mailed December 1, 2006.  Protests are due fifteen days from the date of mailing.

 

BEN 118 protests are due 45 days from the date of mailing in October, 2006.

Reimbursing Employers:  If a reimbursing employer chooses to change the method of payment, notification must be given to IDES by December 31, 2006 to take effect January, 2007.
